Produced from exceptional Alexander Valley Cabernet (96%) and Malbec (4%).
previous vintage 94 Points Robert Parker: "A barrel sample, the deep garnet-purple colored Aperture Cabernet Sauvignon springs forth from the glass with vibrant black cherries, cassis and warm plums scents, backed up by hints of spice box, cedar chest, dark chocolate and tilled soil. Full-bodied and decadently fruited in the mouth, it has a taut line of grainy tannins and wonderful freshness lifting the opulent fruit to a long finish."
