93 Points James Suckling:"Dark cherries and toasted spices make for a captivating nose with plenty of immediate interest. The deeply rich dark-cherries on the palate are cast along fluid, long and sturdy tannin lines. Strong finish. Drink or hold."
91 Points Wine Spectator:"Vibrant and generous, with expressive raspberry, orange zest and tarragon flavors that take on complexity toward polished tannins. Drink now through 2026."
Thea's Selection is the measuring stick of our success as growers and winemakers. A blend of blocks from each of our vineyards, Thea's expresses the vintage, our intentions and our efforts perhaps more than any other. The earthy nose shows fruit cake, black cherry and buttered rye bread, while expressing fennel and spice in a lovely, delicate way. The wine's medioum body centers around cranberry, black cherry and resonant spice that leads to a long, savory finish. We are pleased with the textural silk and finesse of this wine.
